4 Registration & KYC Verification

11 Account Suspension & Closure

11.1 Closure by User

You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting support. Prior to closure, all outstanding KYC requirements must be met and all eligible balances processed according to standard withdrawal procedures. 11.2 Suspension or Termination by at888

14 Privacy & Data

15 Governing Law & Jurisdiction

16 Amendments to These Terms

at888 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Account Holders via the email address registered to their Account or via a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days prior to the change taking effect, except where a shorter notice period is required by applicable law or regulatory direction.
